Herb Encinas Celebrates 69th Birthday

Pinal Mountain Elks Lodge Exalted Ruler, Herb Encinas, celebrated his 69th birthday with family and friends on August 10 during a Luau dinner and dance held at the Lodge. A beautiful birthday cake was presented to him by his wife Diane while birthday wishes were sung by all. Herb and Diane are both members of Pinal Mountain Lodge and actively serve with pride and honor.

Herb may serve the lodge with honor, but not in court. Someone should ask him how he targets immigrants.
