Don’t Over look God……….
2 Corinthians 4:17 AMP
For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory [beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease!]
When we are going through trials it is easy for us to start looking at the problem and not Jesus. The problem becomes bigger than anything in our life. We just keep thinking and it grows larger as we water it, and it grows. We end up suffering through things that could have been solved by Jesus. You can have financial pressures, illness, sorrow, depression, and it goes on. What is bigger? God or the problem? You may say you don’t know what I am going through and that is true, but I do know God and how big He is. I know if you don’t look to Him for help, the problem will become so big that it will take over your whole life.
God said that problems will come. In St. John 16:33 of the Amplified Bible. I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and stress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]
This is written in red in the Bible, which means that Jesus said it. God can not lie.
So this means that He will take care of us. But we have to look to Him and have faith. It isn’t always the way we think it should be, but it always the best for us.
No matter what is going on in your life, look to Jesus. If you have never asked Jesus to be your Savior, now is the time. He is waiting for you to invite Him into your life. It isn’t complicated. Just ask. He will be there. He forgives all things and just loves us.
My name is Rita and this is my Opinion.
