Adeline Gonzales (Adelina)

Posted

Adeline Gonzales (Adelina) was born November 29, 1939 in Miami, Ariz. She entered God’s kingdom November 19, 2017.

Adeline was a lady of strong faith, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was married to Manuel R. Gonzales for 59 years, mother to nine children Manuel Jr. (Tina), Debby (Art), Michael (Sylvia), Suzanne (Eddy), Steve (Connie), Carol (Kevin), Andre, Amber (Jerry) and Rocky (Shawna). Grandmother to 37 grandchildren, 70 great grandchildren and two on the way.

Adeline had a genuine heat for countless sacrifices and offerings ensuring happiness before her own. She was committed to family and treated all who came into her home with kindness.

She loved music and dancing, and was talented in everything she did as in ceramics, sewing, decorating, and cooking (“which was memorably good!”) red and green chile, tamales, menudo, empanadas, and made tortillas every morning.

Adeline is survived by brother Richard Olvera and is proceeded in death by her sisters Lucy Carter and Soledad. Her brothers, Gilbert, Cuco, Nacho, and Jesus Falquez and granddaughter Brittney Rae Valtierra.

Adeline will be greatly missed, her softness in tone as our consulting mentor and by all who knew her.

We find comfort in knowing she is with our heavenly father.

Services will be held on December 2, 2017 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Miami Arizona.

The family viewing will be from 9 to 9:30 a.m. The Rosary will be from 9:30 to 10 a.m. with services following at 10 a.m.
