Arizona Offroad coming to Globe Nov. 21-22

Arizona Offroad Promotions hosts races in Wickenburg, Blythe (California), Page, Somerton and Vicksburg -- and on Nov. 21-22 brings a weekend of high adrenaline octane action to Gila County Fairgrounds, with categories for motorcycle, ATV & UTV.
Who may compete?
“All ages, from four years old to 70-plus; from pro-to-beginner, any one is welcome to race or just come watch the races and spectate,” said Arizona Offroad Promotions co-owner Kyle Krause. “Race info is on our website, azopracing.com; times are approximate, of course races start when the course is clear and safe for everyone. Camping is available at $20 per vehicle for the weekend; daily gate fees are $10 for adults, $5 for youths age 6-12; under age five free. For competitors, registration/tech is Friday night from 7-9 p.m. at the track, Saturday morning from 6 a.m. to noon, and Sunday morning from 7 a.m. to noon. Races begin early on Saturday with ‘Bikes Unclassified’ at 7:30 a.m. followed by UTV 170cc/250cc at 8 a.m., Pee Wee Quads 8:40 a.m., Pee Wee Bikes 50cc/65C at 9:20 a.m., ‘All Big Bikes’ at 10 a.m., Quads Unclassified at 11 a.m.; then Mini Bikes 80-150cc, 65A/B/ Women C /Vintage, Mini Quads, UTV Unclassified (570cc one lap); Big Quad/Trikes UTV 570cc and All UTVs.
Who’s behind Arizona Offroad Promotions?
AZOP co-owners Kyle Krause and Richie Rees have over 50 years of combined racing experience having raced all types of Motorcycle and ATV racing from Baja to Enduros, Motocross to Endurance Races. They take the time to design some of the best tracks around that are safe, fun, and exciting. Arizona Off-Road Promotions’ mission is to promote friendly, family-oriented and fun racing safely throughout Arizona and the surrounding areas. Racing includes hare scrambles, grand prixs, desert races and endurance team events; each with varying degrees of difficulty to meet the vast experience levels of our racers and to continue to give our racers a challenging yet safe race track to help get them to the next level of racing.
We are always looking for new venues to add to our great program. We are working with the BLM, U.S. Forest Service, cities, municipalities, private land owners, motocross tracks, etc. to make it the best possible off-road challenge series in the southwest.
We are the only race series in Arizona to include motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, trucks and buggies.

As ambassadors for the sport, we always strive to promote legal, safe riding in the state of Arizona.
