AZYP is saving lives with Naloxone kit

The Copper Basin Coalition and the Globe Office of Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP) are proud to announce a joint partnership that will help save lives in the region.

The Copper Basin Coalition is working to increase community knowledge of Naloxone and its availability to our residents. As part of this partnership, AZYP will serve as a distribution site for Naloxone which will be provided at no cost.

Naloxone is a reversal agent for opioid overdoses that has saved hundreds of lives in the state of Arizona.

Beginning Feb. 1, the kits will be available Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the AZYP Office located at 143 S. Broad St., Globe, Arizona. Those needing kits can also contact (928) 961-0426 during business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to make special arrangements for pickup.
