Longtime Globe-Miami resident Beth Beedle celebrated her 99th birthday on Sept. 27, 2020.
Beth celebrated by attending church in Central Heights, where she was surprised with 99 long stemmed red roses. Then in the afternoon she and son Ralph Harris welcomed family and friends to their home for cake and ice cream outdoors on the patio.
Beth is active and attends church often. She is an Arizona native; born and raised in Pleasant Valley where her oldest son, Jim Harris, was residing at the time of his recent passing. She sent part of the roses to son Jim; and donated part of her roses to the local nursing homes for long-term residents there.
