Want to be a positive force in our community, helping a boy or girl who needs a supportive adult during a turbulent time in that child’s life?
Come meet the dedicated volunteers who represent children as Court Appointed Special Advocates and find out how to change a life of hurt into a life of hope.
Volunteers with CASA of Gila County are inviting the public to join them Thursday, Aug. 8 at the historic train depot in downtown Globe for a light dinner and to hear how they speak up for children of Gila County and learn how you can help, too.
CASA volunteers will talk about their experiences and answer questions from 5-7 p.m.
