Sign up for a 3-person team, 18-hole, scramble golf tournament to support the CCYS Youth Tackle Football Program.
The tournament will be on Saturday, April 27 at the Apache Gold Golf Course.
Shotgun start at 8 a.m., with registration beginning at 7 a.m.
Individual entry fee of $100 or enter a 3-man team for $250.
Lunch included with registration.
First place team receives $500, second place receives $250. Raffle items will be available.
