It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Debra Welch Anderson of Phoenix, Ariz., on Jan. 24, 2020.
Born in Grand Junction, Colorado, Debra moved with her family to Durango, Colorado, and then to Globe, Ariz. in 1965. She resided in Globe, Scottsdale, and then Phoenix. Debra worked as an Emergency Medical Technician and dental practice administrator. She was also a talented painter and art instructor. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and dear friend to many. She will always be remembered for her kindness and compassion, her wit, her talent, and her beauty. Debra is survived by her father, Jack Welch of Kingston, Washington; son, Michael Moran of Globe, Ariz.; daughters Stephanie Star Hurley of Oregon, and Megan Anderson of Phoenix, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and many close friends. No services are planned at this time.
