Mail-in ballots were mailed on Oct. 7. Voters who are on the Permanent Early Voting list or who requested a ballot by mail should expect them in 3-5 days. Vote in person at these locations from Oct. 7 to Oct. 30 (weekdays, Monday-through-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
