The Friends of the Miami Memorial Library is pleased to announce an exciting upcoming fundraising event for the library. On Saturday, Feb. 9, Gus Park will be presenting his “Tribute to Elvis” show at 2 p.m. Join us for the Elvis Performance and “Dessert with Elvis” to enjoy an array of Elvis-inspired refreshments and treats.
Tickets for this special event are $10 per person with all proceeds going to fund media cabinets for the Miami Library. Tickets are available at the Miami Memorial Library and the Miami Town Hall. The Friends will also be holding a raffle for a Valentine Day gift basket filled with beautiful goodies valued at $200 along with other themed baskets. Raffle tickets are $1 each or six tickets for $5. The winner need not be present to win. Raffle tickets are available now at the library or from a member of the Friends.
