Join us next year for the first Gila County Summer STEM Camp, and educational 3-day week that instills a deeper understanding of science, technology, engineering and mathematic recourses to:
Celebrate STEM in a new and fun way.
Activate hands-on learning activities for students, contribute to the community. We need you.
We will train advisers and volunteers on June 25 on how the camp works.
Then, July 6-8, advisers will perform 45-minute sessions that will include interactive lessons and activities, while volunteers will assist with lunch prep, organizing the kids and assisting the advisers in their classroom.
We will provide snacks and lunch throughout the day.
Lastly, July 10 volunteers will help host an open house for parents.

The adviser and volunteer training date was held on Thursday, June 13, 9-11 a.m. at Gila Community College, 8274 S. Six Shooter Canyon Rd., Globe.
Camp dates are Monday, July 6 to Wednesday, July 11. 2020, 9-2 p.m. at Gila Community College, 8274 S. Six Shooter Canyon Rd., Globe.
