James (Jimmy) Frank Miranda, 66, of Globe, affectionately known as “PeeWee,” passed away on Saturday May 28, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his mother Belen M. Garcia, his brother Felix Garcia and his godson Roberto (Bubba) Hernandez.

He is survived by his loving wife, Keitha Miranda; his stepchildren Jeremy (Leticia) Rocha, Rochelle Rocha and Ian (Sarah) Rocha; his sisters Lilly (Joe) Rocha, Virginia (Francisco) Ortiz, Paula (Fred) Jimenez and Alicia (Jim) Caldwell; his sister-in-law, Esperanza Garcia; his godson Javier Ortiz; step-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews; and his dog children Mollee and Jackson, which he loved with all his heart.

He worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator for Asarco and Pinto Valley Copper Mine. He was also a longtime member of the Moose Lodge.

Jimmy was a big kid at heart who loved silly jokes, animals, kids, cartoons, his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

A rosary will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 9 – 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Miami, Arizona.

Memorial Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
