Appointments are required for spay and neuter surgeries, taking place in Miami on Nov. 29 at the Miami Church of Christ, 735 W. Sullivan St., starting at 7 a.m.. Costs are $40 to neuter a male cat, $55 to spay female cats. Prices for dog surgeries depend on the animal’s weight: dogs under 40 pounds are $65 to neuter and $70 to spay; slightly higher for larger animals.
