Margaret Anne Myers (née Brewer), age 70, passed away at Heritage Health Care Center on the morning of Sept. 26, 2018. She was born in Prescott at Yavapai County Hospital on June 14, 1948 to William (Bill) and Dorothy Brewer. Her family relocated back to Globe, where she where she lived until her graduation from Globe High School. She married Jerry Irving Myers on Oct. 7, 1970 and lived in several different areas including North Carolina, Colorado, California and Oregon before returning back home to Globe in the early 1990s.
She enjoyed spending time with many friends at the senior centers in both Miami and Globe, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Bill Brewer, and husband, Jerry Irving Myers. She is survived by siblings Alice Dominguez, of Arizona; William (Billy) Brewer, Ernest Brewer, and Esther Woodwick, of California; her children Jerry Irving Myers Jr., of Arizona, and Susan Myers of Oregon; and grandchildren Hali Slayter, Aysia Turner and Jeremy Turner, of Oregon. Private funeral services will be held with the family, where she will be interred at Globe Cemetery next to her beloved husband.
