GLOBE — Her Western portraits and serene still life paintings are coveted by collectors, and Saturday, Feb. 22 brings an evening opportunity to meet artist Wanda Mitchell Tucker, chat with her about art and what inspires her - and see more of a unique style that encompasses subjects from cowboys and cattle drives to garlic, colorful roosters - and intricate paintings of Southwestern ceramics.
Admission is free and all are welcome to a reception for her show at Cobre Valley Center for the Arts Saturday, Feb. 22 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
