The suggested donation is $2 for ages 60 and up. People under 60 can also enjoy lunches for $4 and are welcome any time.
Thursday, Aug. 8 —Bingo 10:30 a.m.
Menu: Cheese burger, potato wedges, corn, pears.
Friday, Aug. 9 — Coffee Club 8-10 a.m.
Menu: Crab salad, three bean salad, spinach salad, wheat roll, Mandarin oranges.
Monday, Aug. 12 — Coffee club 8-10 a.m.
Menu: Chicken breast with penne pasta in marinara sauce, cauliflower and zucchini, garlic bread and sliced peaches.
Tuesday, Aug. 13 —Loteria 10:30 a.m.
Menu: Baked ham with pineapple, baked beans and mixed vegetables, mac and cheese, wheat bread and fruit salad.
Wednesday, Aug 14 — Coffee club 8-10 a.m., Karaoke 10:30 a.m.
Menu: Meat loaf with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, sliced carrots and wheat roll, nectarines.
All meals are served with 1 percent milk.
Miami Senior Center cannot deliver homebound meals without authorization from a case manager. Many people believe that they just have to call the center to receive a meal, but they must be referred through Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens. Call 1-800-293-9393.
