The suggested donation is $2 for ages 60 and up. People under 60 can also enjoy lunches for $4 and are welcome any time.
Monday, July 1 — Coffee Club 8-10 a.m.
Menu: Chicken tenders, baked beans, candied beets, wheat bread, peach crisp.
Tuesday, July 2 — Loteria 10:30 a.m.
Menu: Pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll, bananas
Wednesday, July 3 — Coffee Club, 8-10 a.m.
Menu: Bratwurst on a bun, corn, sauerkraut, white cake with tropical fruit.
Thursday, July 4— CLOSED
Menu: Closed for Fourth of July
Friday, July 5 — Coffee Club, 8-10 a.m. Karaoke 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Menu: Battered Pallock, asparagus, cowboy beans, wheat bread, plums
All meals are served with 1 percent milk.
Miami Senior Center cannot deliver homebound meals without authorization from a case manager. Many people believe that they just have to call the center to receive a meal, but they must be referred through Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens. Call 1-800-293-9393.
