New Legacy Project Presenting Free Local Concert in Miami

Nashville, Tenn — Cutting edge Christian artists, New Legacy Project, will be in concert on Thursday, Dec. 12 at 6:30 p.m., at the First Southern Baptist Church in Miami. Formerly known as the Blackwood Legacy, the Nashville-based recording artists are on tour throughout Texas this November.

Early this year Daywind Records released NLP’s newest breakout song “I’ll Stand,” to radio. I’ll Stand was written by tenor singer, Paul Secord, and was inspired by the growing number of U.S. Veterans and their families who are not able to find support as they struggle through illnesses and mental health issues as a result of their service.

The group’s single “I’ll Stand” is being placed in the hands of our Veterans, along with a letter of thanks, a bible, and other valuable resource information. NLP is working with churches across the U.S. to deliver these “thank you” packages into Veterans Hospitals and care homes.

NLP owner, Rick Price, says “We just want to express our love and appreciation for the men and women who have defended us without thought of their own comfort or safety. They are the ones who give us the freedom to do what we do every day -- worship with complete freedom in our great Nation. You can’t give enough to out give their sacrifice.”

For the best seating arrive early. The First Southern Baptist church is located at 920 Live Oak Street.
