CENTRAL HEIGHTS — Gila County is proud to announce a volunteer clean-up day for the Pinal Cemetery in Central Heights.
Join your fellow community members on Feb. 24 at 9 am. Meet at the Gila County Central Heights Complex located at 5515 S. Apache Ave. in comfortable work clothes.
Please bring yard tools such as hand tools, gloves, pruners, wheelbarrows, and rakes.
Trash bags, water, and porta potties will be provided. Volunteer county staff will be on hand at the clean-up.
Spend the morning beautifying the areas in need of cleanup at the Pinal Cemetery and enjoy lunch provided by District Two Supervisor Tim Humphrey.
Gila County has been and will continue to work to find a permanent solution to maintaining the cemetery.
