Raymond was born on Oct. 30, 1956, in Miami, Ariz. He graduated from Miami High School in 1974. Ray began working for the mines- Inspiration, Magma and BHP. Ray furthered his education by attending college at ASU, and graduating with a Bachelors Degree in I.T. Networking. Ray then began working for Apache Gold Casino in the year 2000, as an I.T. Analyst, becoming a certified hacker, retiring in September of 2017.
Ray worked very hard to care for his family. He loved his kids and his grand kids very much.
Ray enjoyed going camping, to the cabins in Show Low, to the lake to sit and relax, and he really enjoyed fishing at Holly Lake. He loved to listen to music, sing, and even more - to play the guitar.
Ray lived a life full of love and laughter and will forever be missed.
Ray is preceded in death by his mother Dorothy Zaragoza, and his son Timothy Zaragoza.
Ray is survived by his father Raymond Zaragoza Sr., his brothers Paul and Daniel Zaragoza of Globe, S/O Bea Martinez, son Aaron Zaragoza (Georgianna), son Bryan Zaragoza (Yvette), grand kids- Alexandria, Chase, Diego and Jerrika.
A memorial service will be held on Dec. 8, 2019 at 9 a.m. at Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Ariz.
