Residents request removal of sign

Dear Editor,

The Madera Peak Vista community are now united and we will no longer live in fear of the owners or the management.

We will take our access to the facilities back. We will report any conflicts with the children. We cannot afford an attorney to fight back against the continued raises in our rent, “lost” rent checks accompanied by late fees, unannounced visits by the management, intimidating letters from the company’s attorney, verbal attacks, and failure of the resident to control the children but we will not live in fear any longer. We will face each assault with the community together and united.

The sign in front of the Madera Peak Vista is an affront to us and again request that it be taken down.
