GLOBE — Saturday after Thanksgiving, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Globe Downtown Association and Main Street Program invites all to attend the free event.
Participants can travel in the Vintage Fire Truck for a $2 donation.
They can visit Mrs. Claus and Elf toy shop for a free “make and take” ornament table.
They can send a letter to Santa using the official US Post Office direct-to-the-North Pole mail box. And they can visit the Elf deluxe cocoa and Snack Bar.
New this year will be the the behind-the-depot handcrafted goodies market place. Molly Cornwell says that people should not forget to sign the naughty or nice list. The Downtown association thanks the City of Globe and the Globe Fire Department for their help in bringing this long running historic downtown Globe.
