First Presbyterian Church participated in the national “Souper Bowl of Caring” event held on Feb. 4 in conjunction with the Super Bowl, they raised $257.50. This money was donated to the Gila Community Food Bank on 3/1/18. In addition to the monies collected, the church also donates non - perishable food to this organization on a monthly basis. Last year they gave 764 items.
