The party will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023, at the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts (101 N. Broad St., Globe). Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person, available at the Center for the Arts (928-425-0884). This family-friendly event will feature a live DJ, reception, theme photo booth and, best of all, true stories of the people of Irish ancestry in Globe-Miami’s history. The author of the book “Irish in Arizona,” who has deep Globe Irish roots, will also be at the party. Guests are encouraged to wear green and Irish costumes are welcome. Proceeds will benefit the continued restoration of the third and fourth floors of the historic courthouse building.
