The first hamburger fry of the season is on tap at the Gila County Historical Museum. April weather in Globe-Miami rarely disappoints, so grab some friends and get ready to enjoy some excellent entertainment furnished by American folk musicians, Stephen Palmer and his wife Zeneda, plus a wide variety of great food.
It’s all happening on April 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Gila County Historical Museum’s picnic grounds.
Museum members are busy preparing favorite salads and desserts and the cooks are ready to grill those delicious hamburgers everyone has come to expect.
The cost of the meal which includes a hamburger, salads, desserts and a drink is $7 per person. The Gila County Historical Museum is located at 1330 N. Broad St. next to the Chamber of Commerce.
The public is encouraged to linger awhile and visit with old friends and maybe even make new ones.
The museum is a recipient of grant funds from the United Fund Globe-Miami.
