Thomas Neal Billingsley, 87 years old, passed away peacefully at his home in Globe with family by his side on Nov. 28, 2018. Neal is survived by his son Gary Billingsley (Terri), daughter Karen Miller (Tim) and his loving wife of two and a half years Loyce Hunt. He also leaves behind numerous sisters, grandchildren and great-grand-children and friends who will miss him deeply.
