Work for this week will continue at Arthur Street, Frederic Street, Pinal Avenue, Funston Street, and Woodrow Avenue. Crews will be working from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (times are approximate).
Due to the nature of the work being completed and the condition of the work area (narrow roads), access to traffic will be closed to these areas during working time.
Steel street plates will be placed on open trenches at the end of the working day.
Notices have been given to residents and business who will be immediately affected by the work being completed. Work schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
Work being done:
Woodrow, Pinal, Funston will consist of installation of sewer house connections (HCS)
Arthur and Frederic will consist of sewer point repairs
Subcontractors:
Pouring collars around backwater values and clean outs
Prospect will consist of potholing for the HCS
Cleaning sewer main and manholes (MH)’s
