Posted

Bob was born Jan. 13, 1953, in Miami, Arizona, to Bert Hopkins and Katherine James. He entered into rest on Feb. 1, 2024. On March 21, 1975, Bob married Pamela Kenton and later had three children, Jayson, Patti and Brian. They also had 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a lifelong resident of Miami, Arizona. Bob worked for Inspiration Mine, then for the railroad company, where he eventually retired. Bob’s hobbies included studying and reading the Bible, spending time outside cleaning his yard, doing puzzles, attending family gatherings, going out to eat and going to church – most of all, spending time with his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his wife Pamela and his son Jayson. Bob is survived by his daughter Patti (David) Membrila and his son Brian (Eilzabeth) Hopkins, both of Globe, Arizona; his 11 grandchildren Emmanuel, Kyra, Riann, Cynthia, Jayson, Adrianna, David, Isabella, Emily, Brian and Sara, and his great-grandchild; his sisters Marie (Evans) Bendle and Pat (Joe) Bertoldo; his brothers Tony Hopkins, Albert (Connie) Hopkins and William Hopkins; and many nieces and nephews.

Bob lived his life for the Lord and was always wanting to attend church service and any other functions they had. He finally got to make heaven his home. He will be greatly missed and warmly remembered by family and friends.
