Sheena Rose Elthie, 28, made heaven her home on Monday, April 24, 2023, in Tucson, Az.
Sheena is survived by her two daughters Malani and Mallorie, her fiancé Matthew Logan, Jr., her mother Sarah Cassadore and her siblings Kurt, Kevin, Herschel and Natisha, as well as her nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Rosie and Hanson Bendle, her paternal grandparents Kee (Sr.) and Annie Elthie, and her father Kee Elthie, Jr.
Sheena was a devoted mother and deeply treasured her children. Matthew was a dedicated partner and was always by her side. She was very dependable and spent her free time with family. She was a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a babysitter, a cook, a medical assistant and helped whoever crossed her path. She loved family gatherings like camping, road trips and powwows. When her daughters were born, they were everything to her. She even helped take care of the children of her siblings and cousins.
The wake was held on Friday, May 5 at 3 p.m. at Kevin Cassadore’s residence in Peridot Views. The funeral service was held on Saturday, May 6 at 12 p.m. in Burdette Hall, San Carlos, Az. Sheena was laid to rest at North Gate Cemetery in San Carlos, Az.
